General Merchandise Return Policy: We have tried our best to describe every item to the best of our knowledge. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason: · Notify us immediately by email or fax within 48 hours of receipt of your package with your order info from your packing slip. · All returned merchandise needs to be returned to us in the same condition as received packed, shipped and insured in the same manor as sent, and received within 7 days. Sorry no refund for damaged items, due to applications of testing acids, or attempts to clean incorrectly. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not accepted. Any items received after the 7 days allotted for returns may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns will be given for items not received by within 28 days of the original shipment date. A refund check (minus shipping, insurance, restocking fees and any other fees incurred by me in cases of credit card purchases.) will be sent out to you within 72 hours of our receipt of your return. Diamond and Precious Stone Return Policy: · Diamonds we sell over half a carat, have been reviewed by a certified gemologst jeweler here in Florida. We do provide written information for the diamonds that we sell over a half a carat in weight and sometimes for ones under or other precious stones. · Due to a few unhonest percent, We will bring the returned item to the original appraising jeweler to assure the item returned is in fact the item that was shipped. This sometimes occurs a fee of up to $25.00. This fee will be deducted from the refund to be given. The above requirements from the general merchandise return policy also applies. Again please include the information from your packing slip. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy is simple. We believe that privacy is very important, yours and ours. We do not sell names. We do place your address in our database for future orders and to let you know about specials. A few times a year we put out a newsletter that you may receive via mail or email. If you’d like to be removed for this list please fax or email us back with only the word “Remove” in the comment box and we will remove you from our mailings. |
